What exactly does 35milimetre do?

How do you integrate AI into your workflow? Is it "fake"?

We view AI as a tool to amplify vision, not to replace taste or art direction. While AI allows for velocity and limitless experimentation, we believe it requires human oversight to ensure technical realism and emotional believability. We use AI for concepting and specific visual elements, but we apply strict "craft" principles (consistent lighting, real fabric physics and brand DNA) to ensure the final output doesn't look like generic, hallucinated content.

Do you handle full production or just post-production?

While our roots are in post-production, we offer full-service visual creation. This includes pre-production planning, photography and videography shoots, and full post-production (retouching, color grading, editing). For projects like 3D product visualization, we can handle the entire pipeline from design to final render without needing a physical shoot.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends heavily on the scope, complexity, and volume of the project. Services are generally billed on a flat project-fee basis. Retouching can range from $80 to $200+ per image depending on complexity (e.g., e-commerce vs. high-end beauty). 3D Design & Rendering typically ranges from $300 to $1,200+ per unit, depending on whether CAD files are provided or organic modeling is required. Compositing and manipulation are estimated based on the specific requirements of the creative brief. We always provide a custom scope-of-work document after a discovery session.

What's your pricing model?

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we'll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

What are your payment terms?

First-time clients require 70% prepayment. Standard procedure requires a 50% commencement fee to initiate production. The remaining 50% is due typically upon the delivery of high-resolution final files or within a set period (e.g., 7 to 30 days) after file receipt, depending on the specific agreement.

What is the turnaround time for a project?

Delivery times vary from 24 hours to several weeks depending on the size and scope of the work. Timelines are also affected by how quickly we receive assets and feedback from your side; delays in feedback will naturally push the delivery date. We commit to specific deadlines in our work agreements, such as providing first results within 3 working days for specific tasks.

Do I get the source files (Layered PSD/TIFF)?

Our standard policy is to deliver flattened final artwork (JPEG/TIFF). We do not release full working layered files as part of the standard fee. If you require simplified layered files or full working files, these can be provided for an additional fee, which must be agreed upon in the project summary.

I'm a startup. Can you help me look like a global brand?

Absolutely. We specialize in helping startups, particularly in cosmetics, supplements, and beverages, punch above their weight. We help you avoid the "private label" look by using custom 3D modeling, hero angles, and premium texturing that differentiate you from generic competitors.

Do you work with clients remotely?
